PEOPLE GROW UP!!!!!! Quit being selfish!

I am not sure how to put this into words where every one understands........
My friends brother was hospitalized for over 20 DAYS! Before her brother let any other family member know. THINK ABOUT IT!! Would you really want to be excluded from important information especially life or death. This brother is ill and has lost two limbs. They did not tell his mother for her own good....What good would that be. How would they feel if something had happened to him and his own mom did not get the chance to say good bye. Don't think you know how others feel.
As a mother I have been there. When my daughter had her last child she chose to exclude me. I forgive her because she was young or something. I can only guess why anyone would be so hateful and selfish.
Be reasonable. It will come back to haunt you in one way or another. Just as with the ill of health any thing can happen. Even in child birth. A child or mother could die. This has happened before. I think we all find this kind of behavior very selfish.
I hope that this never happens to you. Secrets like this never work out. Even now if someone asked me not to tell. Well first I would hope they wouldn't knowing the caring person I am.
Second I would never keep things from family. The lord will never put more on anyones shoulders than they can handle.
I watched my own brother die for over a month my Dad, Mom and I went to his bed side and watched him suffer from burns he had from a auto burning with him in it.
I was with my parents to help them through it all. I could have easliy stayed at home and helped with the family business. I did my work from the hospital. My other brother was near when we got the news and he came with us to the hospital that day. I made sure all the family members knew what was going on with him.
I beg you grow up. The lord did not put you on this earth to be selfish or hateful.

Your family is who you are and are waiting to help you when they can.
