I will be off work for a few days and have figured out that I need to start posting the weather condtions on my blog and maybe current city news. E have been under 30 degrees since the 10th of December. I need to post anything exciting going on.
We still have crews in working all night to haul the snow to a remote area out of town. It really doesn't matter cause it is not going to melt until the 4th of July.
I went to the dentist today..$300.00 for two fillings so I need a new dentist that is good and cheap. I have always liked this but the prices just keep going up and up.
The gal I work cow had a calf on the 1st. Well cow died and she was trying to place the calf. She ended up trading it to her farrier for a years worth of trimming on her horses. I think she has at least 12. So guess she made out real well on that deal. I hope the calf lives as it had been with out food for a couple of days I know of. I couldn't take it for a couple of reasons. The snow would be one as I can not get to my trailer until well it is looking like I can not get to it until spring.
The other one is I have no warm place to keep it.
So many people had bad things happen on the first. There was an entire family who pershied in a fire in Braymer. (small community 900 or so) You can imagine how loosing 5 people in that area would effect them all.
A guy I worked with his big screen went out.
Guess I can not complain as my little thing that happened was nothing.
I hope life picks up for everyone and this year will be a good one for our brothers and sisters in the military. God Bless them and their families.
