I was able to visit Jenny today. Got to see her new foal. He is amazing. Most foals that are six months old are just under chest high. This one as you can see in the pictures is almost shoulder high. Keep in mind he is in the barn and we have had so much rain that he is a little on the dirty side. He is huge and looks like you could put a saddle on him and ride him now. He almost looks like a draft horse foal. He is out of a saddle bred/Arab mare and APHA stud. My guess is he will be way over 17 hands tall when he matures. I am glad it is her that is handling him. He is to big for me. My filly is big and is bigger than many foals her age. Jenny's boy is big boned and just big every where.
We didn't get to visit much as Jenny was on line with her friends. I did get some pictures. The sun did not come out so the pictures are not as I would like them to be.
I didn't stay to long as I said Jenny was busy. I had a great time loving the dogs. Allie and her baby laid next to me the entire time I was in the house.
After that I went home and did some cleaning.
My poodle would not get off me. He was so jealous I had betrayed him and held other dogs.
I have an appraiser coming out early Tuesday morning and the help I have is some what on the lazy side. He quits at 6PM. I am so afraid my house will not get a good inspection as the back porch addition is not finished yet. Sure wouldn't want to be in his shoes if my house does not get a good value on it.
All in all it was a good day and then it was back to work.
